Clearly the best way to find a DJ "at" an event is to stay at the event, that's just elementary logic. The outer regions and trash fence are much more of a long shot, so instead you walk to the mysterious roundabout and check out the two most quiet camps in the mellow zone. They're both quite quiet, indeed. The first seems to contain a slightly scary looking abandoned mansion; the other has more of a colorful underwater reef thing going. Not a lot of movement in either camp right now. Hard to say which is more likely to lead to a DJ encounter from where you're standing...
