You realize that the issues with the dinosaur society can't be fixed with just labor action. It will require revolutionary zeal. You organize an activist cadre of dinosaurs who can lead the way and hope the rest of them will support you. You lead the dinosaurs through their very wide dino streets on the way to seize the reins of power and the dino guards melt away in your presence. Swept into power by the crowds, you help design a new constitution and set up a system where power is distributed down to various dinosaur communes that make the effective decisions at the local level. You end up spending the rest of your time there, helping resolve disputes and make sure the new worker's government runs smoothly. You can't think of a term for this sort of community based -ism, but hopefully someday someone will come up with one.
