You blend in with the cats and study them like some sort of a feline Jane Goodall. Or a human Jane Goodall rather, because she wasn't a chimpanzee. We're digressing, sorry. You carefully monitor their society and come to understand the secret to their happiness and success. It's so simple: naps. It was naps all along. You collate your notes and end up writing and self-publishing a phenomenal book of research called Live to Sleep, Not Sleep to Live. You successfully argue to billions of people we shouldn't look at our sleep as the thing we must do to be productive in our day. No, we must be productive in our day so that we can sleep. And the more we sleep, the happier we are. As the world’s eyes open to this fact, or I guess in this metaphor as their eyes close drowsily to this fact, everywhere a more peaceful and happier future blooms. Ironically, it all started with a single sleepless night for you.
