You calm the angels down and proceed to trial. Heaven’s press expect this to be a textbook conviction -- two outsiders just waltzed in, started an illegal strike, and got arrested. What defense could they possibly mount? As the trial begins, you simply say to the jury that, yes, the law was broken, but the jurists don't have to vote according to the law. They can realize they serve to gain from the strike if they vote you innocent, and let the strike continue. The courtroom erupts, the judge demands the jury ignore you, and for your words to be stricken from the record, but when the trial comes to end the verdict is indeed innocent. All are released and the management of heaven is forced to cave to the strike, giving the angels better work conditions. The scorpion stays in heaven as a union leader, and as a thank you, the angels guide you back to your tent, and through some heaven-magic you get back in time to still get a good morning's rest.
