You inform the angels you're going to break the strikers and the scorpion out of jail. They panic. "No one has ever escaped from heaven prison," they explain. Yes, but no one has ever had your plan. You lead the angels to the jail and, face-to-face with the jailers, explain to them that the jailers' interests actually lie with the strikers, not the management. A murmur runs through the prison as the jailers discuss this amongst themselves. Their conditions are also pretty bad, their pay low, and their hours long... Why are they, in fact, holding these strikers in prison? Soon the jailers also join the picket line, and slowly does the rest of heaven's law enforcement angels. Faced with a complete shift of power dynamics, the management buckles and steps down. A new, worker-based government is elected in heaven, with you and the scorpion on the committee. Well, as they say, better to rule in heaven than to sleep in tent.
